The trekking starts from Dhunche (1,966 m). Via Syabru Gaun (2,581 m) you shall make to Lama Hotel (2,470 m) before you reach Langtang Valley (3,430 m). After exploring the valley, you shall trek to Kyangjin (3,870 m). After spending an additional day at Kyangjin, you shall return back to the Lama Hotel (2,470 m). Catching a bus from Syabru Besi, you shall return back to Kathmandu (1,345 m). This is a moderate level of trekking; you aren’t required to have any extraordinary physical fitness to do this trek. But ensure that you do not have any problems with your body that can directly affect your trekking such as problems with knees and ankles and so forth. Even senior citizens and obese people can do this trekking! It is the best opportunity to make your family members experience the wilderness of Langtang region, and give them more to remember. Throughout the trek, staying at several teahouses and lodges, you shall taste various local dishes. By the end of the trek, you would have a lot to talk about the most popular dish—Dal Bhat.
As you trek through the dense forest blooming full of rhododendrons, witness the cheerful smiles of Tamang and Sherpa inhabitants, the soaring mountains such as Langtang Lirung (7,246 m), Langsisa, Langtang Himal, Ganja La Peak, etc., pass beside the gushing rivers, and visit the Langtang Glacier, you shall wish if all these moments could be stored in photographs.
